How to apply under RTI Act (आरटीआई अधिनियम के तहत आवेदन कैसे करें)

noted while submitting requests seeking information under RTI Act:-
आरटीआई अधिनियम के तहत जानकारी मांगने के लिए अनुरोध प्रस्तुत करते समय निम्नलिखित पर ध्यान दिया जाना चाहिए:-

seeking information under RTI Act, 2005.
आरटीआई अधिनियम, 2005 के तहत जानकारी मांगने वाले आवेदन/अनुरोध प्राप्त करने के लिए कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एमपीआर), 5वीं मंजिल, निवेश भवन, एलआईसी कॉम्प्लेक्स, पंडरी, रायपुर, सी.जी.-492004 भारत के सुविधा काउंटर पर व्यवस्था की गई है।
Applications/request can also be sent by post
alongwith the requisite fee directly to the CPIO, Staff Selection Commission(MPR), 5th Floor, Investment Building, LIC Complex, Pandri, Raipur, C.G.- 492004
आवेदन/अनुरोध अपेक्षित शुल्क के साथ सीधे सीपीआईओ, कर्मचारी चयन आयोग (एमपीआर), 5वीं मंजिल, निवेश भवन, एलआईसी कॉम्प्लेक्स, पंडरी, रायपुर, सी.जी.- 492004 को डाक द्वारा भी भेजा जा सकता है।
